Information collected from you
When you open an account, we ask for your full name, date of birth, residential address, email, mobile number and preferred currency. To confirm who you are, we may also request copies of photo ID, a recent utility bill or proof of payment method ownership.
While you play, our systems automatically log details such as your IP address, device type, browser version, login times, wagers, deposits and withdrawals. We also keep records of your chats, emails and calls with our support staff.
Purposes of processing
We rely on your details to run your account, process payments, meet anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations set by our licensing bodies, and detect fraud, collusion or bonus abuse.
Anonymised gameplay statistics help us improve site performance and the range of games on offer. Marketing emails and SMS messages are sent only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time through your account settings or the unsubscribe link in each message.
Sharing and international transfers
Personal information is disclosed only to trusted parties who need it, including payment processors, identity verification services, game providers, auditors and regulators. We do not sell player data to third parties.
Because our operations are based outside New Zealand, your information may be stored in or accessed from other countries. Every transfer is covered by contractual safeguards that offer protection comparable to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and the GDPR standards applied in Malta.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your session preferences. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and only run once you agree through our cookie banner.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, although some features, such as staying signed in between pages, may stop working correctly.
Your rights and retention periods
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have inaccurate details corrected, or object to certain types of processing. We aim to respond within 20 working days, in line with New Zealand privacy law.
Regulators require us to keep account and transaction records for at least five years after an account closes. Once that period ends, the data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. If you are unhappy with how we handle a request, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
